Excellent service and a great hutch!
Easy enough to build on my own at 4 months pregnant.
Rabbits have loads of space to hop and play.
We did however remove the hinges from the lid of the run and replaced them with extra turny catches as I found it difficult to prop open and chase them up the ramp at the same time, this made it much easier to get in there with them.
All in all highly recommended!

Having ordered the same hutch 2 years ago for my other rabbits, I know that they are very durable and worth the money. They are also very easily to assemble and fantastic quality. I needed another hutch for my other rabbits so had no hesitation in purchasing the same hutch and run again. I would recommend the hutches whole-heartedly, the customer service is also faultless and made the purchase a pleasant experience! |

Impressed with hutch. It is the first hutch i've bought for years and so far so good. Access to hutch is good. Side access in to run and lid lifts in to run as well. Delivery service excellent. Best delivery service of the on line pet shop companies i've used so far. |

Hutch is massive!!! Briliant for 2 bunnies.
However, was given instructions for run and hutch seperately and not how to put them together.
The instructions themselves were useless and did not give any indication of what goes where. The fact that the instructions weren't for how to put the hutch and run together were also very frustrating.
There were also 2 extra bits of wood that we had no idea where to put them as there was no mention of them in instructions.
Now we've managed to figure how to put it together, the hutch itself is very good quality. |

Service is excellent, hutch is the best I have seen and was very easy to assemble. Our local RSPCA branch recommended the website and hutch as it met the required standards for rehoming a pair of rabbits. Really pleased with purchase. Would recommend the hutch snug and cover to complement the hutch and the rabbits comfort and welfare during all seasons. |
