I recieved the hutch and built it today. It comes flatpack and is very easy to put together. It is very quick delivery. I am 10 and my dad helped me and even I could do it! I think it is great I just have to wait for my rabbit now! Thanks for such a great service. |

A very long time ago I used to breed rabbits and made my own hutches. I have never made one as good as this. It's so versatile and practical, easy to dismantle for cleaning with superb access to all compartments. Like most rabbits 'Cocoa' uses what might be seen as the sleeping area for his toilet and he kips by the caged bit at the top. The plasticised floor makes cleaning simple and hygienic with no chance of urine rot destroying the timber.The only modification I found necessary was to manufacture a bracket to secure the ramp to the back wall so that we can move the hutch around the lawn with no bother. I am very pleased with this product and having owned it for 18 months or so have no complaints whatever. |

Generally very suitable for a growing rabbit - easy to assemble and keep clean. However, the heart catch on the front door is potentially lethal and needs replacing with a slide bolt. I have created roof storage facility by placing a false ceiling over the sleeping area which now provides storage similar to the smaller Trixie hutch. I have also added a base on rubber feet to the run which now provides additional secure and dry hutch living space.

This hutch is perfect as it is raised off the ground, preventing the wood from rotting and keeping the rabbits dry. The roof which lifts up is also a great idea allowing easy access to rabbit. although had to seal up the gaps around the hatch on the floor to stop all the draughts. |

This is a neat, pretty-looking, very clever hutch that we have had for two years. It is very well designed and built. One great feature is it opening roofs. Only two concerns. The ramp's hinge was not particularly strong, so the ramp is propped-up rather than as it was designed to be, and cleaning the very base is somewhat ackward if, as we do, you have two contiguous hutches. You will ideally need a brush and dustpan on proper vertical poles. |

We bought this hutch over 2 years ago for our 2 guinea pigs. It's an ideal habitat, that give them plenty of areas to explore. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and it is easy to keep clean. |

Have had our hutch about 15 months. Easy to clean but being small, I find it difficult to reach into the corner at the top of the ramp which is where Daisy tends to urinate. Therefore this area has become stained and is damp. A couple of other problems have been the fact that the ramp is not secure enough and has become detached when we hjave moved the hutch around the garden, and the heart shaped door catch has fallen off twice & has now been replaced with proper bolts. Other than this, it has been an excellent home for both Daisy and her brother Snowy.Snowy. |

I was very pleased with the hutch as exactly what I required at a very good price . Received but un fortunateley 3 pieces were damaged. Contacted The Rabbit Huth who sorted problem out immediateley and were very helpful. Excellent after service the guinea pigs love it. Hopefully we will get the cover nearer winter.... |

this was delivered quickly and in good order, it was easy to put together and looks good. the ramp is easy for bunnies to use but be careful if they are not used to one, they fall over! tray is excellent for cleaning and the full opening roof is really good so you can get them out easily. Only down side is really soft wood and baby bunnies chew it quite badly. also needed to add extra lock to front bedroom door as the existing 2way lock wasnt quite strong /long enough. better than others we saw. slight problem with our felt roof not being completely sealed all way along edge but should be able to rectify |

Love our trixie natura large hutch good value and has plastic bottomed tray which makes cleaning out much easier and cleaner than just wood. On the downside;Two way bolt on the front is much better than others with heart disc but is still fiddly and would have preferred two separate bolts. There is a heart disc inside to hold up hatch to run via ramp this is fiddly but its only used twice daily. The ramp screws in to the living quarters' floor and if you want to move the hutch it becomes very tricky to move. We've opted not to screw in the ramp. The thing that would make this brilliant would be storage for food/ hay. But then you can't have everything!! Great purchase. |

We have had this hutch for just over a month now for our 2 Guinea Pigs, it took my Husband and very keen 9yr old, just under 30 mins to assemble. Its solid and very well made and is good value for money and more importantly the pigs love it. |

the best 2 features of this hutch are the fully opening roof which makes handling and cleaning really easy and also the removeable tray. Bad points are it has very soft wood, our 2 baby bunnies tore it to shreds within weeks especially around the wire on the door and it has had to be metal plated/reinforced! Plus there is no catch to keep the door up/access to downstairs and it kept shutting & scared bunnies, fitted a latch and it's much better. But its good on size and looks good too but it doesnt stand up to even baby bunnies teeth.
the staff at rabbit hutch were really friendly and efficient dealing with my order and it's not their fault Trixie's wood is too soft! |

I purchased this hutch and run and in a very short time the roof joint started peeling. An email to the rabbit hutch shop and they soon sent me a replacement. The hutch is now 21/2 years old and hasn't really stodd up to the wet British weather. Bring it inside if you have the room. Finally the ramp easily falls off when the hutch is moved to a fresh bit of grass and should have been secured with bolts instead of screws. Other than that the hutch is good value for money. |

This rabbit hutch is fantastic and so was the service from your company. We ordered the hutch and within 48 hours, we had recieved it and built it. Now we have two very happy bunnies with alot more room. The hutch was very easy to put together and fantastic quality. It's very secure. The only thing we found a little aqward is the ramp, as when you pick it up to move around the garden (as we have a 12 foot run attatched to it) you have to be careful when you put it down that you dont snap it, so were going to fit a little bracket to hold it while we move it. |

Thank you for your very prompt service. The hutch is quite easy to assemble and looks good. The catch on the front door is fiddly and I have added two more bolts for each door. I have also put small padlocks on each of the downstairs cage doors as they open too easily. Hopefully that will now make it secure! |

Brilliant easy to assemble , however just one point the screws for the lifting roof are not very goos or secure . they should be replaced by bolts. Our rabbit thinks he is in a palace |

Brilliant hutch. Currently only have one lion head lop residing in it but she loves it! My only problem is that when she is in the run at the bottom she has nearly dug her way out under the back. Aside from having to buy the cover for it and some chicken wire to put on the bottom to stop her digging its good value for money. Little disappointing that its made of softwood however. Could hold two medium rabbits or three/four small breed rabbits. |
