do you Return Goods To Us?
If in the unlikely
event that you are disappointed with your purchase, For any reason at all,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order either by phone or
email and will will let you know what to do next, please do contact us first to avoid delays in processing your
refund.
Please provide us with, your full name and address, your order number or invoice number for the purchase.
Are
there any Conditions to The Guarantee?
there are a few conditions, these are simple clear and fair for you and for us:
- Your item must be unused and in the same
condition as when we sent it to you, so that we can re-sell it.
- You must contact us within 30 Days of
receiving your order (60 days at Christmas)
- Your item must be packed in all the
original packaging materials, you will also need to return all instructions,
etc.

not refund return postage to us. We can arrange to get items collected but in
