1. What is Reward Points ?
Reward Points is just the latest in a series of benefits exclusive to The Rabbit Hutch Shop customers. When you have earned enough points on your Account, you can redeem these as cash against purchases made on the website.

It's easy to Register, and once you've done so all your points will be automatically added

No, we will never pass your personal details on to any third parties. Be sure to read our Privacy Statement.

6. How do I earn points ?
You will earn points on any purchases you make online using your membership account . Please note that points cannot be added until an order has been completed. You can also earn additional points by referring you friends to our site.

7. How many points ?
You will earn 2 points per pound you spend, where 100 points gives you £1.00, giving you back 2% of your order which you can use towards future purchases!

8. What other benefits are there ?
We run exclusive offers for Rabbit Hutch Shop members, as well as bonus point promotions that allow you to really stack up those points!

9. So how do I redeem my points online ?
As long as you have earned some points on your account enter under Payment Details in the Checkout - see below.

10. Can I save enough Reward Points to buy an item free of charge ?

Refer a Friend FAQ

1. What is The Refer a Friend Scheme ?
It is very simple. If you like what we sell, and you like the service we give you, and you think your friends might also like what we sell. Then simply use our Refer a friend system to recommend us to your friends.

2. How do my friends benefit ?
When you recommend your friends to us we want to make sure that we take extra special care of them. If you friends want to buy anything from us within 10 days of your referral we will give them 5% off their first order.

3. How do my friends receive their discount ?
Along with your referral email we will send your friend a 5% off coupon that is valid for 30 days from the day we send out the email. We will also send full instructions on how your friend can redeem the coupon.

4. Is there a limit to the Number of Friends I can Recommend ?
No there is no limit, on our refer a friend page you can enter 3 email addresses. You can suggest us to as many different friends as you like.

5. I want to recommend you but I don’t want you to pester my friends ?
Our entire business relies on you, our customers. We will send your friend one email with your personal message in. You get to see the email before we send it. After that, unless your friend signs up for an account or joins our pet club we will never email them again.

6. What do I get for Recommending my friends to you ?
We have built our business on customer recommendations. We know that this is one of the most important parts of our business. As our way of saying thank you we will give you reward points on your friends first purchase.

7. How do I claim my referral points ?
Once you have recommended your friends you don’t have to do a thing. Our site will automatically allocate points to you based on the value of your friends first purchase. We will send you an email to confirm this.

8. Why don’t i get points on everything my friends spend with you forever ?
In a Nutshell, We are all about Fairness. We believe that we should say thank you to you, and your friends, when you recommend us to them. Our refer a friend scheme allows us to do so without pushing up prices.

Gift Card FAQ

1. What is the minimum value of Gift Card I can Purchase ?
Our smallest gift card is £5.00, you can purchase gift cards for any value over this amount.

2. Can you post out my Gift Card ?
Yes we can, but we do have to send these out by special delivery. For this reason we have to charge £4.95 p&p on all gift cards under £50.00 in value.

3. How long is my Gift Card valid for ?
All our gift cards remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

4. How do I use my Gift Card ?
If you have been given a gift card you will be able to use it against your purchase at The Rabbit Hutch Shop. Simply shop as normal and enter your Voucher code at checkout.

5. Can i spend more than the value of my voucher ?
Yes you can. You will be able to pay the balance by debit or credit card

6.Can i use a gift card agains a purchase i have already made ?
Sorry but you can only use gift cards against new purchases.

Multi Buy FAQ

1. How does your Multi Buy Special Offer Work ?
For every single product on our site we put together a “package Deal”, these change on a regular basis and are our way of looking after those customers who buy more.

2. Do i still get Loyalty Points on Multi Buy Offers ?

Wish List FAQ

1. What is a Wish List ?
It is a list of items on our site that you would like.

2. How do I add to My Wish List ?
If you see a product you love simply click on “add to wish list” below the picture. If you are signed in this will automatically add the product to your wish list.

3. It’s my Birthday Soon, can I send my Wish List to my Family/ Friends ?
Yes you can. Just log into your account go to your wish list and email to as many of your family or friends as you like. This way you know that you will get something you really want.

1. How hard is it for me to return an item. ?
It is very easy, just login to your account view your past orders and select the item you want to return, and select the reason for the return
