DO RABBITS REALL LIKE TO BE CARRIED ABOUT???

Most rabbits love to be cuddled and stroked when approached in the right way.  Few like being held or carried as being so high up from the ground makes them feel insecure, however, many will happily sit on your lap or snuggle up next to you for a cuddle.  It is best to let your rabbit initiate this i.e. sit on the ground and let them approach you.

This is very true. I once used to have a rabbit that used to come and sit on my feet in the garden in summer. He would sit there for ages and ages and I just had to sit there too… well I couldn’t disturb him could I??

What about your rabbit… how does he make contact with you???

My Gus doesn’t enjoy being picked up either, but when I lie on the floor he loves to run around me and give me nosebonks!
