Everyone knows that any pet is a big commitment and that to look after them properly takes time, effort and money. I saw an amazing statistic last week that at least 80% of pet rabbits are not being fed correctly and many rabbit owners do not know how to care for their pet properly.

I just came across this Rabbit care test.

Please take it and let us know how you got on, you even get a printable certificate at the end, here is mine

This is a great little test and is ideal to teach and test children about their pets.

Secure your Rabbit Hutch, Pet Theft on the increase!!

It would seem that pet theft is now on the increase. More and more we are seeing increased incidents of Pet Rabbits and other small animals as well as dogs and cats being taken.

Just last week One family in leeds had their rabbits stolen for a second time. Karen 42, said “One of the neighbours in our street had also had rabbits stolen and so had someone else who lives around the corner. It seems to have been going on for about the fast four years”

you can see the full story here in the Yorkshire Evening Post.

This is something that we are coming across more and more and we are currently looking into making all our own Rabbit hutches and Runs Locakble, not only to prevent possible attacks from dogs cats and other preditors but also to help guard across pet theft.

If anyone else has come across this problem we would love to hear from you.
